Over a third of the UK Fire and Rescue services now order PolyBilt bodies for their new vehicles. 

Twenty-four brigades are now buying the co-polymer-bodied vehicles which are light, damage resistant, easy to repair, flexible and recyclable

PolyBilt vehicles range from small rapid response and all-terrain fire vehicles through to combination water tender and aerial rescue platform fire appliances.

Peter Heath of West Sussex Fire and Rescue says “In a recent accident involving two fire tenders there was far less damage than we would have seen with aluminium bodies”

Brigades clearly appreciate the benefits of having a body for their vehicle that is lighter, stronger and comes with a 20-year warranty.
